Griffith Swimming Club team member Adam Wylie represented his club with distinction at the NSW Country Short Course Championships at Olympic Park in Sydney earlier this month.

Competing against 27 other swimmers in the 11-years boys' 50-metres breaststroke, Wylie carved two seconds off his qualifying time to be ranked 12th overall after clocking 42.73sec.
In the 100m breaststroke, Wylie had a fantastic swim and lowered his previous personal best time by an amazing six seconds to touch the wall in 1min32.57sec.
Wylie finished the championships ranked 11th overall in this age division, improving his times and previous entry ranking considerably.
