Marika Vunibaka, 31, and Dan Rawaqa, 26, have been selected to play in the Brumbies Provincial team that takes on the Australian Police representative side at GIO Stadium in Canberra.
The two were chosen as stand-out players in the Southern Inland representative side.
Blacks coach Seru Rogo said it was a great achievement for the players.
"They're both looking forward to it," Rogo said. "They've been training hard."
It is the first season in Griffith for both of the players, who both previously played for Fiji at an international level.
Vunibaka will start at inside centre, while Rawaqa will play as full back.
Vunibaka also previously played for the Canterbury Crusaders.
He has been given the honour today of being named vice captain.
Rogo said he expected Vunibaka to be one of the team's top contributors in the match.
"Marika played one of his best games with us last weekend," Rogo said.
He said the selection was a good achievement for the club.
"I'm very proud of the boys," he said.
Rawaqa will return to field after a couple of weeks of resting a hamstring injury.
"We were saving him for the big one this Friday night. He's 100 per cent fit."
Rogo said he would start the two players on the bench in the Blacks' match against Tumut in Wagga tomorrow.
Tonight's match starts at 5.30pm at GIO Stadium in Canberra.
