The Offspring star wed in front of Fantauzzo's four-year-old son Luca at the exclusive Turtle Island.
A spokesman for the couple has confirmed the wedding: "It was an intimate and private ceremony to celebrate their love and future together. The pair are absolutely thrilled."
Woman's Day reports that gold Logie-winner Keddie wore ''a gorgeous floaty dress'' and quotes an onlooker as saying, "It was a beautiful, intimate ceremony on the beach".
Keddie, 39, and Fantauzzo began dating in 2012 after she split from her husband of five years, Jay Bowen.
They met through mutual friends including celebrity chef, Matt Moran. Of the meeting Fantauzzo told Fairfax:
"We had an instant connection that I'd never felt before. I learn from her all the time. She's very composed and ambitious, but she's also very humble. Asher is happy with who she is and where she's at in life."
Fantauzzo, whose portrait of Keddie won the People's Choice Award at last year's Archibald Prize, also calls her his inspiration.
"She constantly inspires me. Everything she says goes right thought me. If she smiles, laughs or cries it makes my hair stand up. I think she's the most amazing person."
Keddie clearly feels the same. During her Logies acceptance speech in 2013, she said of Fantauzzo and his son:
"As if life couldn't get any sweeter thanks to the two guys in my life - Vincent and Luca... oh how lucky I am.
"I was very happy with where I was professionally and it just makes all the world of difference when you have a wonderful family around you, the people you are meant to be with."
