Commonwealth Bank hosted a raucous morning tea to raise funds and big smiles for the Clown Doctors charity.
Customer service specialist Sian Cutter said she was only too happy to dress up like a clown if it could help lift the spirits of sick kids.
"We've made lots of little sweets and treats that we baked at home ourselves to sell for a gold coin donation to raise money for Clown Doctors," Ms Cutter said.
"This is at least the fourth year in a row I have dressed up for the cause.
"Every Commonwealth Bank branch does it and all the money raised goes into one big account to make a real difference."
Ms Cutter and her clownish colleagues did more than raise cash for the worthy cause they managed to put a few smiles on faces.
"It's a really worthy charity because there is nothing better than seeing smiles on the faces of little kids who need to raise their spirits," she said.
Donations to Clown Doctors can be made at the Griffith Commonwealth Bank branch on Banna Avenue throughout April or online at commbank.com.au/clowndoctors.
