After less than one day of deliberating, the jury returned a guilty verdict on all five charges.
In a separate trial the week before, the man – who cannot be named for legal reasons – was found not guilty of a number of bestiality charges.
Last week, the court heard that the man exposed himself to his daughter, had sex with her three times when she was aged between 12 and 14, and forced her to perform oral sex on him on another occasion.
The man allegedly told his daughter to keep his actions their “little secret”.
The offences took place between August 2005 and September 2007 but remained undiscovered until the man’s daughter told his partner at a family barbecue in September 2011.
Following the revelations, his partner confronted him and labelled him a “sick pedophile”.
The man told her he had “only done it a couple of times”, the court heard.
Prior to the jurors retiring to consider their verdict on Thursday afternoon, they were told by the accused’s counsel that much of the case hinged on the evidence delivered by the accused’s daughter.
The defence counsel alleged there were inconsistencies between the evidence she tendered to the court and her initial statement.
In a separate trial heard at Griffith District Court earlier this month, the man was found not guilty of four counts of bestiality, two counts of committing an act of indecency, one count of indecent assault and one count of inciting a person to commit an act of bestiality.
The man has been remanded into custody and will appear at Parkes District Court on May 4, when a sentencing date will be set.
