Police will allege the young man was on the dancefloor of a Leeton hotel on Christmas Eve when he approached a young lady.
He is accused of then indecently assaulting the 19-year-old woman.
Following an investigation by Leeton police, the man was arrested at 9am on Sunday.
He was later charged with indecent assault and breaching an apprehended violence order.
Meanwhile, another 19-year-old MIA man has been charged after an incident at a Narrandera supermarket on Saturday.
Police were called just before 6pm after the man, who had previously been barred from entering the store, was asked to leave by a staff member.
This, police claim, did not go down so well.
The man is accused of becoming abusive and knocking over a number of items on display.
He was arrested in East Street a short time after, and was later charged with intimidation, malicious damage, trespassing and offensive conduct.
He was granted conditional bail and will face Narrandera Local Court on January 24.
