BURGLARS who broke into a Griffith home last week escaped with the victim's car, police have reported.

Investigations are continuing into the East Griffith robbery, which occurred between 7pm and 10pm on Thursday.
The 30-year-old victim had gone out for dinner at a local club when the thieves broke in through the laundry window.
They escaped with a Play Station 3, a number of games and the keys to a white Holden Rodeo, which they drove away from the scene.
Forensic examiners have investigated the scene.

NEIGHBOURS at Lake Wyangan who had both left their cars unlocked in their driveways last Wednesday were dismayed to find they had been burgled.
A woman in her 50s had her Lancer rifled through but nothing was stolen.
Next door, a man in his 50s had a Samsung tablet and cash stolen from his car.
Griffith Police Inspector Stuart Gair reminded people once again to be vigilant about removing valuables from their cars and making sure they were locked.

A 40-YEAR-OLD Griffith man who became involved in a violent struggle with police will be heading to court in February.
The struggle occured following the man's arrest after he had been ejected from a local club and refused to leave the area.
After the man was restrained and taken to Griffith police station, police alleged he behaved violently and they were required to use capsicum spray to subdue him. He was charged with fail to quit licensed premises and resist police.
