The sale of the now defunct club, which was a popular wedding reception venue since the 1940s, is expected to attract plenty of interest.
The auction will take place on site on Wednesday, November 27 at 2pm.
Griffith Real Estate director Tony Santolin said he had already had a number of promising enquiries.
"We are hoping for a big day," Mr Santolin said.
"It's a pretty unique property with enormous development potential.
"People are doing their homework and some creative ideas are being tossed around."
After months of battling debt of $470,000, the club's board was forced to make the tough decision to close permanently in May this year.
Now in the hands of Wagga firm RSM Bird Cameron, administrators are hoping to recoup costs for the club.
"We are looking to get a good result for everyone," Mr Santolin said.
"We'd love to see a good business set up there to help the economy.
"It's going to be an emotional day. I'd say there will be a lot of die-hard CCY supporters who want to see some closure and move forward and they are all welcome to come along to the auction."
Set on three acres of land, the complex contains two flood-lit tennis courts, bocce courts, a 135 square metre barbecue area, a 90 square metre machinery shed, commercial kitchen, bar and a 400-seat function centre.
Some of the ideas floated for the site so far include a function centre, a tavern, nightclub, a bed and breakfast and resort-style accommodation and even a house.
