WARNER showed why it is a team to be reckoned with after clubbing 3-156 to dispatch Blackwell on the weekend.

Blackwell's best bowlers were Claire Murray (1-13) and Georgia Burley (1-17).
Murray also hit 10 runs as Blackwell replied with 7-84, but it was not enough against a Warner attack featuring Gordon (2-5) and Jimish Patel (2-6).
Lyon's 6-69 (average 16.3) was just enough to secure a narrow win over a Haddin side that smacked 138 runs but lost nine wickets in the process to average 15.3.
Jordan Austin (42) was in blistering form for Haddin in his innings of 42 and was supported well by brother Jackson (21).

Jesse Patton set up his side's win with a terrific bowling spell which yielded 3-13. Ben Rowston also picked up 2-5.
Johnson prevailed in a low scoring game against Watson. The side scored 5-52 (average 10.4) and that was good enough to beat Watson's 7-64 (average 9.1).
Jon Taylor (13) and Sam Kelly (nine) were in good form for the winning team as Nick Zappala picked up two wickets for Watson.
Angus Bartter (13) was the only batsman to reach double figures for Watson.
