The two others are Jason Moran's sister in law Suzie Kane and he boyfriend Geoff ``Nuts'' Amore.

The three were arrested by homicide detectives earlier today.

Police are still hunting the man aleged to be the second gunman in Monday's murder.

The three suspects are expected to appear in court this afternoon.

Police say a 43-year-old man is expected to be charged with one count of murder, while a 64-year-old woman and a 45-year-old woman are expected to be charged with being an accessory to murder. All three are from Ascot Vale.

Desmond Moran was shot dead in his favorite Union Road Coffee shop just before midday on Monday by two gunman.

Shortly after the murder Judy Moran was seen running to the scene crying ``Dessie, Dessie.''

But those close to the Moran clan said Desmond and Judy detested each other.

Desmond blamed her when he was jailed over an incident in court.

Hours after the shooting a source said Judy had been looking for two hitmen out of Sydney about sic months ago.

On March 17 there was an attempt to kill Moran in the driveway of his Langs Road home when a shot was fired at the driver of his car.

The bullet hit the steering wheel - saving the driver's life. Tuppence had been drinking and was sitting in the passenger seat of his Mercedes-Benz.
