The village side dominated proceedings throughout the first day to knock over the powerful Exies batting line-up for a fraction over the century mark.
All of the Yoogali bowlers shared the load when it came to wickets, but opener Nathan Cahill was the best for his side, starting the slide for Exies.
Cahill struck early, removing Derek Forner (5) and Marc Tucker (15) before they could capitalise.
Peter Davis tried to survive as best he could, taking 69 balls to score just 19 runs, but he too fell to a rampant Yoogali attack.
Peter Morrish claimed his wicket to complete a good day out for him, as he notched up figures of 2-27 from seven overs.
Most of the Yoogali bowlers were able to knock down their averages, with Mark Wade also finding his rhythm to nab the very good figures of 2-8 off seven.
When the dust settled, Yoogali would have felt confident of overhauling the total and picking up the points to continue their momentum heading into the finals.
However, Yoogali stumbled early to lose two wickets to be 2-19, but a 59-run stand between Campbell Jeremy and Cahill had the Yoogali side sailing toward the points.
Cahill, in particular, was ruthless in his disposal of the Exies attack, smashing it to all parts of the ground.
He was unlucky not to raise his bat, as he made 45 runs at the brisk strike rate of 76 runs per 100 balls.
With four boundaries and a pair of sixes, Cahill topped off almost the perfect day for Yoogali.
Jeremy and Richard Watts, both 13 not out, will resume next week and will most likely pass the Exies total within the first few overs of play.
