IF ANYONE deserves breakfast in bed this Sunday, it's Reuben Koke.
The Griffith father of seven - who has three children with a disability - starts his day before the rooster's crow, rising at 4.15am.
It's then on to a 12-hour day driving forklifts at Yenda's Berton Vineyards, before returning home to tend to the kids, whose ages range from two to 16.
"It can be stressful," Mr Koke said. "Sometimes I just need to take a deep breath and slow it all down for a while.
"In the end though, as any parent will tell you, it's your love for the kids that keeps you going.
"And I couldn't do any of it without my wife, Denise."
So, what does a time-challenged dad of seven want most this Father's Day?
"It's not about presents for me. It's just being able to spend time together with them all," he said.
